The proportion of perfume oils to the alcohol-water is what determines the overall strength of the final perfume. Eau de Parfum (EDP) has the highest strength of perfume, while Eau de Toilette (EDT) has the lowest. Perfumes come in four types - Floral, Fruity, Oriental, Spicy, and Woody and they contain three notes - Top, Heart, and Base.
